Donald Eugene Neal, 50, of Chillicothe, passed away Friday, August 7, 2020. He was born November 29, 1969 in Portsmouth, a son of Elsie (Cooper) Neal and the late Acie Neal. He was a former laborer and enjoyed playing video games in his spare time.

He is also survived by his daughter, Ashley Neal of Portsmouth; a brother, Acie Neal, III and wife, Lisa of Chillicothe; three sisters, Samantha Neal, Frances Neal, and Amber Neal, all of Portsmouth; along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Vernia Wroten.

Private services are being handled under the direction of the D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in New Boston
