Douglas W. Wyant, 67, of Portsmouth passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024 at SOMC Hospice Center. He was born July 20, 1956 to the late Woodrow and Margaret (Sloas) Wyant in Portsmouth.  Douglas enjoyed operating CB radios and driving trucks.

Douglas is survived by his wife of 44 years Ruth (Frazier) Wyant; two sons, Steven Wyant of Portsmouth and Nicholas Wyant of Phoenix, AZ; two sisters, Margaret Ann Krawczyk of Louisville, KY and Wilma George of New Boston; one granddaughter, Samantha Wyant. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Deanie Blank.
