Dwayne Douglas Messer, 31, of South Webster died Fri. Feb. 25, 2011. He was born April 15, 1979 in Portsmouth ,a son of Teresa Greene Messer of Portsmouth and the late Dwayne D. Messer, Sr. He was an electrician with Electricians Local 575. He is also survived by a daughter, Haley Messer of Sciotoville; grandmother, Darlene Greene of Portsmouth; brother, George Messer of South Webster; a sister, Jennifer Messer of Jacksboro, Tenn. and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be 2 PM Tues., March 1, 2011 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in South Webster. Visitation will be Monday 6 to 8 PM and Tuesday 1 to 2 PM at D.W.Swick in South Webster.
