Age 62 of Portsmouth passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at SOMC Hospice.  He was born July 11, 1954 in Portsmouth to Earl and Vivian (Pierce) Hollingsworth.

He is survived by two sons; one sister, Kathie Whitt of Columbus.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are being handled by D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in New Boston.
