Age 83 of Wheelersburg, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at SOMC in Portsmouth. He was born in Wheelersburg on September 17, 1933 to Earnest Frederick and Nora (Biars) Morrison. He married Frances K. (Sexton) on September 26, 1954 and spent 22 years working for Progress Railroad Service. He loved rebuilding wrecked cars and was a devout member of the Sacred Mission Church in Wheelersburg.

Earnest is survived by his wife, Frances; son, Randy (Kim) Morrison of Wheelersburg; brothers, Oscar Morrison of Fraziesburg and Hubert (Karen) Morrison of West Portsmouth; sisters, Tonya (George) Beloat of Blacklick, Shirley Senft of Hershey, PA, Marti (Marvin) Wiehle of Minford; three grandchildren, Bob Morrison of Pickerington, Amanda (Chad) Mehuron of St. Petersburg, FL, Natasha (Darrell) Pfiffner of Sodus, NY; great-grandchild, Maddy Mehuron. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Kimberly Morrison; one brother, Danny Morrison; one sister, Rosetta Mershon.
