Edward E. Parker, 84, of Portsmouth died Jan. 7, 2013 at his residence. He was born April 4, 1928 in Carter, KY., a son of the late Vincent and Goldie Kiser Parker. He is survived by 2 daughters, Kay Villa and Kathy Tommasini; 2 sisters, Alberta Williams and Jewell Kewer; 2 brothers, Andrew Parker and Deward "Clint" Parker; 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several neices and nephews. He was also preceded in death by a son, Donald Parker; 2 brothers, Lawrence and Bill Parker; 4 sisters, Elsie Koza, Chattie Rice, Helen Conley and Nevada Williams and a grandson, Timothy Villa. Services will be 11 AM Friday Jan. 11, 2013 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN NEW BOSTON with Pastor Kenny Klaiber officiating. Interment will be at Kiser Gold cemetery in Carter City, KY.
