Obituary

Elizabeth Ann Clemons-Horn, 66, of Portsmouth, died, Wed. Sept. 14, 2011, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born Sept. 17, 1944, in Pliny, W.Va., a daughter of the late Clarence and Ida Mae Burgess Clemons. Elizabeth is survived by her special friend and longtime companion, Les Horn of Dublin; the father of her children, Edward Robbins of Grove City; 4 daughters, Lisa Ann Miller (Matthew) of Galloway, Kelly Marie Robbins of Columbus, Tracy Lynn Robbins of Grove City, Misty Francis Blevins (Cledith) of Portsmouth; 3 step-children, Lisa Horn, Tina Smith, Leslie Horn, II; 2 brothers, Richard Clemons of Columbus, Anthony Clemons of Scioto Furnace; 4 sisters, Opal Metzgler of Illinois, Alice Faye Clemons of Portsmouth, Barbara Denney of Long Bottom, Mable Francis Bolin of London; 10 grandchildren and 6 step-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, William Dennis and John Clemons Jr.; and a grandson, Roger Robbins. Services will be 2 pm, Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011 at Scioto Furnace IPPC Church with Pastor Cline McAllister officiating. Burial will be at South Webster Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 6-8 pm at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in South Webster. Condolences to dwswickfuneralhome.com.
