Obituary

Ella Mae Maynard, 75, of Franklin Furnace, daughter of William Vincent and Minnie Leona Spence Mollett, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2005.

She was born January 28, 1930, in Martin County, Ky. She was of the Pentecostal faith and attended Bearcreek Apostolic Church.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Nadine Maynard, five brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Millard Maynard; four daughters, Evelyn Maynard, Ernestine Maynard, Carolyn Sue (Rick) Crider and Kimberly Dawn (Randy) North; four sons, Roger (Louella) Maynard, Richard (Melanie) Maynard, Roland Ray (Rhonda) Maynard and Earl David "Red" Barnhart; 12 grandchildren, Arthur (Karen) Waddell Jr., Rhonda (Randy) Sprouse, Roger (Missy) Maynard, Rick (Molly) Maynard, Rob (Genie) Maynard, Radella (Jay) Gibson, Nusha Hopkins, Kristie Maynard, Josh and Jacob Crider, Ronnie Boggs, Jessica and Jonathon Maynard; and 15 great-grandchildren, Christian, Cody, Nick, Brandy, Dustin, Noah, Gage, Rylee, Emmalee, Courtney, Cassie, Keeli, Mark, Jada and Alexandria. She also is survived by two sisters, Marie Blevins and Evelyn (Billy) Baldwin.

Services will be 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, 2005 at Don Wolfe Funeral Home in Sciotoville with Pastor Gary Mounts and Chester Castle officiating. Interment will follow at Haverhill Cemetery. Friends may call at Don Wolfe Funeral Home in Sciotoville Saturday, Sept. 24, 2005, from 5 to 8 p.m.
