Elma Gay Blackburn Richmond Patrick, 84, of South Webster passed away December 1, 2021. She was born February 3, 1937 in South Webster, a daughter of the late George Washington Blackburn and Vestie Mullins Miller.
She enjoyed camping and spending time at the lake. She loved to cook, watch ballgames and loved her dog Button.
Elma is survived by her children, Nancy Firman of New Carlisle, Pam and Mark Heitman of Dayton, Terry and Angie Richmond of Scioto Furnace, Sandra and Rick Colley of Wheelersburg and Tim Richmond of South Webster; stepchildren, Randy, Rosie, Sis and Becky; sisters, Aileen Sulter of Tennessee and Juanita Frauliniop of Wheelersburg; a brother, Eugene Blackburn of West Portsmouth; grandchildren, Keith, Wendy, Heather, Dusty, Terra, Jacob, Misty, Joe, Stephaine, Carla and Gabriel; great grandchildren, Annissa, Jarrett, Torey, Zarek, Maddy, Chasity, Dezyre, Toni, Kylie, Reece, Tiff, Noah, Zack, Christian, Trinity, Christopher, Nevaeh, Abraham, Nadalia; great-great grandchildren, Princton, Kohen, Echo and special friend, Celle Hughes.
She was also preceded in death by her husbands, Harley Richmond and Jr. Patrick; brothers, Carl Parsons, Truman Blackburn and Hassel Blackburn; 2 grandsons, Dougie Bartee and Timothy McCreary.
Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday December 11, 2021 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in South Webster. Interment will follow at Vernon Cemetery. Visitation will be 12 Noon to 1 PM Saturday at the funeral home. NOTE: Face coverings will be required.
