Age 84, of Centerville, passed away on February 25, 2015 at Kettering Hospital. She was born on February 4, 1931 in Franklin Furnace to Ellis Martin & Dora (French) Williams (deceased). For many years Elsie worked in assembly for the automotive parts industry. She was a longtime member of the Porter Free Will Baptist Church, liked to garden, and she loved gambling.

She is survived by her husband, Ralph; 4 stepchildren, Michael Crowe (Mary) of Kettering, Ronald Crowe of Columbus, Denise Phelps (Steve) of Hokes Bluff, AL, and Cheryl Crowe (John Karabiac) of Portland, OR; 1 brother, Rufus Williams of Slocum Station; many step-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Lyle McGinnis; 5 brothers, Marvin, LeRoy, Ellis, Leo, Clifford; 2 sisters, Shelley, and Betty.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Wolfe-Nelson Funeral Home in Sciotoville with Pastor Kevin Gullion officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg. Friends may call on Friday from 6 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home or one hour before the service on Saturday.
