Age 84 of Oak Hill, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2019 in Columbus. She was born March 13, 1935 in Ashland, KY, a daughter of the late Estill and Bessie (Conley) Blevins. Ethel was of the Baptist Faith, loved to listen to country music, and loved being a Momma to anyone in the community.

She is survived by a son, William D. (Nancy) Spurlock of Lakewood, OH.; three daughters, Kathy Hayes of Oak Hill, Ginnie Eggers of Trade, TN, and Fonda Dixon of South Webster; five sisters, Nora, Sandy, Barbara, Josie, and Judy; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and her special care giver, Fern Belena. She was also preceded in death by a brother James Blevins, a sister Jenny, one grandchild, and a great-grandchild.
