Ethel Marie "Flanary" Dawson, 83 , of Wheelersburg,  passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at her son's home where she also resided for the last 7 1/2 years.  Ethel was born July 21, 1937 in Virgie, Kentucky to the late Edgar and Esta "Bentley" Flanary.

Ethel is survived by two sons, Carl Bartley and wife Kathy of Goshen, IN, Kenny Bartley and wife Carolyn of Wheelersburg; four grandchildren, Carrie Mallory and husband John, Ryan Bartley and Anna, David Bartley, Joshua Bartley and wife Jessica; five great grandchildren, Maryjo Mallory, Chole, Cordin, Luke, Xayden Bartley; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by one brother, Millard Dean Flanary; one sister, Madeline "Flanary" Fields.  The Family would like to thank hospice who cared for her for a short time.
