Obituary

Age 67 of Lucasville, went to be with the Lord Friday, June 9, 2017 at his home. He was born in Portsmouth on May 31, 1950 to Donald and Ramona (Dillie) Stiltner. Fred honorably served his country during the Vietnam War as a member of the U.S. Marines. Professionally he worked as a roofer in the construction industry and was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union #98. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and playing slot machines. Fred loved to talk about the Lord, read the bible daily, and enjoyed contributing to charities.

Fred is survived by his daughter, Michelle (James) Davis of Portsmouth; brothers, Donald (Helen) Stiltner, Jr. of Wheelersburg, Jeffrey Stiltner of Minford; sisters, Bonnie Lou Chochard of Columbus, Rita Jean Moore of Columbus, Karen Kinnison of NC; 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 daughters, Gail Jean Phok, Angela Christine Bradford; 2 half-sisters, Jody Stiltner and Kelly Yates.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 12, 2017 at WOLFE-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in Sciotoville. Interment will follow at Scioto Burial Park in McDermott. Friends may call one hour before the service. Online condolences may be left at www.WolfeNelsonFuneralHome.com.
