Freda Dillow, 95 of Wheelersburg, died, Monday, November 3, 2014 at the Hill View Retirement Community in Portsmouth. Freda was born, June 7, 1919 in Greenup County, KY, the daughter of the late Henry and Fannie Bowling Gibson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Troy Dillow; two brothers, Morris and Ellis Gibson; and two sisters, (her twin) Dorothy Conley and Nellie Sturgill.

Freda is survived by one son, Charles Angle of Kissimmee, FL; two daughters, Sweetie Evans of Wheelersburg and Fannie Fox of Raleigh, NC; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2014 at the Swick-Bussa-Chamberlin Funeral Home in Wheelersburg, with Ronnie Blevins officiating. Interment will be in Bailey's Chapel Cemetery in Pike County. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour on Friday.
