Freda Mae Fremont

Age 80 of New Boston, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 in Columbus. She was born in New Boston on January 4, 1936 to Walter and Ada (Adams) Martin. A 1953 graduate of Glenwood High School, she was a member of the First Church of God in New Boston. More than anything, she loved spending time with her family and worshiping her Lord.

Freda is survived by her husband, Jack, who she married on January 24, 1955; two sons, Bradley Fremont (Dawn) of Stockdale, David Fremont (Amy) of Columbus; one daughter, Susan Jackson (Stephen) of Galloway; one sister, Louise Blankenship of McDermott; one brother, Charles Martin of Huntington, WV; eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Martin; four sisters, Joan Marion, Betty White, Frances Gleim, Marian Porter.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 28, 2016 at WOLFE-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in Sciotoville with Pastors Acy Gibson and Brett McGraw officiating.
