George Ann Swigert, 78, of Portsmouth passed away Thursday, January 11, 2024 at her home.  She was born November 23, 1945 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late James Woodrow and Henrietta Ruth (Clifford) Pinson.  George Ann was a 1963 graduate of Portsmouth High School and was a retired professional truck driver.

George Ann is survived by a son, James C. White and wife Jacqueline of McDermott; two daughters, Susan Kalen of Columbus and Quinn Wells and husband Rick of Grove City; two sisters, Nancy Snyder and husband Gary of Mt. Sterling, KY and Cynthia Adkins and husband Danny of Minford; nine grandchildren, Alicia Underwood, Faith Blevins, Melissa LeMaster, Elijah Kalyn, Sam Kalyn, Daniel Wells, Ryan Wells, Abby Rixon, and Annie Johnson; fourteen great-grandchildren.  She was also preceded in death by three husbands, William R. White, Richard James, and Thomas Swigert; two daughters, Amy White and Melinda White.
