Age 98 of Wheelersburg, passed away on January 30, 2017 at Concord Health and Rehabilitation Center in Wheelersburg. She was born November 1, 1918 in Charleston, WV to Andrew and Callie (Keith) Brogan.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Toner McElroy, and a daughter, Judith Matney.
