Gloria June Hart, 74, of Franklin Furnace, passed away Friday May 1, 2009 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, W.V. She was born May 3, 1934 in Kitts Hill, Ohio to Howard and Elizabeth (Barnhart) Barnett. June was a longtime beautician and had her own shop in Chillicothe before her retirement. She married Lee Hart in 2002 and was a very active member of the First Church of God in Franklin Furnace. She is survived by her husband, Lee Hart; three sons; Eddie Ball of Chillicothe, Gregg Ball of Massieville, Mike (Sandy) Ball of Chillicothe; two daughters, Diane Wilson (Teddy) of Chillicothe, Lisa (Lee) Leeson of Chillicothe; two step sons, Alex Hart of Franklin Furnace, Richard (Debbie) Hart of Turlock, CA; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one brother, Phil Stapleton of Franklin Furnace, one sister, Joy (Gary) McClellan of Franklin Furnace. She was preceded in death by her first husband George Ball. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at the Wolfe-Nelson Funeral Home in Sciotoville with Pastor Brian Chaffins officiating. Interment will be in Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Chillicothe. Friends may call on Monday from 5 - 8 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
