Age 89 of Wheelersburg, went to be with the Lord Sunday, September 18, 2016 at Best Care in Wheelersburg. She was born May 1, 1927 in Wheelersburg to Ollie and Sara (Pelfrey) Skaggs. She was a former waitress and was not only loving to her family and friends, but she loved and cared for every animal who came to her door.
Imale is survived by two sons, Joe (Crystal) Johnson of Cincinnati, Jack Maguire-Tom Cowan of NY; three daughters, Lynn Johnson Hall of South Webster, Kim Johnson Linder of Athens, Kelli (Tony) Maguire Sportiello of NY; her best friend and sister, Vivian Jenkins of Portsmouth; six grandchildren, Gary Hall, II, LeAnn Hall Miller, Jarrod Johnson, Barry Johnson, Stefan Linder, A.J. Sportiello; nine great-grandchildren, Gary Hall, III, Ryan Hall, Logan Miller, Jalen Miller, Liam Johnson, Abbey Johnson, Ethan Johnson, Charles Johnson, Violet Johnson; three great-great-grandchildren, Rylan Hall, Emmylou Hall, Easton Hall; two special nieces, Sherry Canter, Donna Watkins and several other loving nieces and nephews; a very dear friend, Darrell Slack. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Joe Johnson; second husband, Jack Maguire; two brothers, Truman and Pete Skaggs; and a sister, Hildreth (Sibby) Hinze.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 22, 2016 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in South Webster. Interment will follow at South Webster Cemetery.
