Jack Edward Beesler, age 72, of Sciotodale, passed away at his home on Friday, August 15, 2014. He was born on November 23, 1941 in South Webster to the Rev. John and Wilma (Crase) Beesler. A drywall installer by trade, Jack enjoyed Nascar, was a fan of the Cincinnati Reds, and was a member of Fredrick Freewill Baptist Church in South Webster.
He is survived by one son, Jack Beesler, II of Portsmouth; 4 daughters, Kim Gadberry (Greg) of Oklahoma City, OK, Melinda Tharp of Oklahoma City, OK, Vicki Hamilton (David) of Portsmouth, Tina Johnson of Chandler, OK; one sister, Edie Akers of Columbus; 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie, in 2010; and 2 sisters, Ruth Ann and Kay Beesler.
There will be a special memorial service honoring his memory at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 17 th at Fredrick Freewill Baptist Church in South Webster. Interment will take place at a later date in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace.
