James Emerson Blair, Jr. 68 of Wheelersburg, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at the SOMC Hospice Center in Portsmouth. He was born on October 29, 1947 in Ironton, Ohio the son of James E. Blair, Sr. who survives and Donna Jean Ainsworth Blair whom preceded him in death last year. James had served as a member of the United States Air Force.

James is survived by one son, James E. (Beth) Blair, III of Wurtland, KY; two sisters, Jane (Rod) Ferro and Lisa Pritchard and 4 grandchildren, Ashley, J.R., Jacob and Josiah Blair.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 pm on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the Swick-Bussa-Chamberlin Funeral Home in Wheelersburg. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.swickbussachamberlin.com.
