James R. Walker, 67, of Clinton Furnace Rd., Pedro, died Sept.4, 2009 at home. He was a son of the late Henry and Florence Mullins Walker. He is survived by his life long companion, Mary Ann Newman and a brother, Charley Walker of Minford. He was also preceded in death by a son, Jimmy; a sister, Betty and two brothers, Dave and Frankie. Services will be 11 AM Wed., Sept. 9, 2009 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in South Webster with burial at Vernon cemetery. Visitation will be Wed. 10 to 11 AM at D.W. Swick in South Webster.
