Janet Lee Crace, 65, of Franklin Furnace, passed away peacefully on Monday June 10th at home. She was born on May 24, 1959 to Robert and Marketta Valentine, who preceded her in death.

Janet is survived by her husband Randy L. Crace who she married on April 26, 1980. She is also survived by three children, Ashley (Ashley) Crace-Speas, Amy (Ryan) McClintic and Tyler Crace all of Wheelersburg. Six grandchildren, Morgan, Madison, Alex, Ace, Jax and Aubrey. Two great-grandchildren, Nya and Zamir. Also two brothers and sisters-in-law, Rob (Leah) Valentine of Russell, KY. and Randy (Sue) Childers of Minford.

She was a 1977 graduate of Green High School. After high school she worked for 18 years at Ashland Oil before earning her nursing degree.

She enjoyed reading, playing candy crush, cooking with Morgan and spending time with her family. Nothing made her happier than spending time with her grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 8:00 PM  Friday June 14, 2024 at D. W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME (Wolfe - Nelson Chapel) in Sciotoville, Ohio.  A  gathering of family and friends will be held from 5 to 8 PM. at the funeral home.
