Jayne Marie Mershon, 74, of Sciotoville passed away July 6, 2022 at Rosemount Pavilion.  She was born May 23, 1948 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late William and Mary Fannin Burke.
She was a graduate of East High School, enjoyed sitting on her porch and watching the Steeler's on Sundays.
Jayne is survived by two sons, William Mershon of West Portsmouth and Kenneth Mershon III of Sciotoville; a daughter, Lori Mershon of Wheelersburg; grandchildren, Kaythern Mershon, Justin Mershon, Kenneth Mershon IV and Brandon Mershon and a great-grandchild, Serenity Faulkner.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Mershon II, two brothers, Raymond Burke, David Burke; sisters Patty Taylor, Julie Ruggles and Donna Merseil
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday July 11, 2022 at D. W. Swick Funeral Home (Wolfe-Nelson Chapel) in Sciotoville with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 12 Noon to 1 PM Monday at the funeral home.
