Jeri E. Buffington, 59, of Sciotoville died Tuesday May 28, 2013 at SOMC Hospice Center. She was born March 5, 1954 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Theodore and Betty Moore Fraley. Jeri is survived by her husband, Harley Buffington; a son, Harley Buffington Jr. and wife Jennifer of Cleveland, Tenn.; 2 daughters, Janet Swim of Wellston and Sarah Fraley of Sciotoville; a sister, Peggy Fraley of Sandusky, a brother, Theodore "Bud" Fraley of Sandusky; 6 grandchildren; a nephew, Jason Fraley of Sandusky; a special niece, Norma Boyer of McArthur; special friends, William and Dr. Cynthia Hamm and many other nieces and nephews. Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday June 1, 2013 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with interment at Memorial Burial Park. Visitation will be Friday 6 to 8 PM and Saturday 9 to 10 AM at D.W.
