Jesse Junior Cook, Jr.  81, of South Webster passed away Monday May 17, 2021 at his residence. He was born January 17, 1940 in Jackson County, a son of the late Jesse Cook Sr. and Sue (Elswick) Cook.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran, enjoyed attending auctions, fishing and loved to cut wood. He was one of the few left that used to log with a mule.
Jesse is survived by his wife, Patsy (Keller) Cook: four sons, Jimmy Cook, Carl Cook, Ronnie Cook, Danny (Tonaya) Cook; two daughters, Theresa (Wayne) Risner and Denise (Doug) Gregory; fourteen grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; a half brother, Ken; two half sisters, Doris and Patty. He was also preceded in death by a son, Lonnie Cook.
Visitation will be 10 to 11 AM Thursday May 20, 2021 with funeral services to follow at 11 AM at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with Pastor Jesse Cook officiating. Interment will follow at South Webster Cemetery.
