Jessie Cullum, 51, of Portsmouth died Friday June 13, 2014 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born August 28, 1962 in Scioto County, a daughter of the late William and Doris Sowards Nuckols. Cremation services will be handled by D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston. There will be no visitation.
