Jessie B. Kuhn, 75, of South Webster, passed away Saturday December 14, 2024 at SOMC Hospice Center. She was born September 9, 1949 in Scioto Furnace, a daughter of the late Edward and Helen (Pyles) Maynard.

She was a 1967 graduate of South Webster High School and served as a Foster Parent in the late 80's. She enjoyed traveling with her late husband Richard and loved spending time at the beach.

Jessie is survived by a daughter, Shawna Hatfield and husband Matt of Oak Hill; a brother, Walter Maynard and wife Wanda of South Webster; a sister, Edwina Holmes and husband Art of Springfield; a granddaughter, Heather Lay and husband Harley along with three great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Richard Kuhn in 2020; sisters, Sara Wicker and husband Carl, Jane Rowles and husband Frank; a brother, Ed Maynard Jr. and wife Bernice.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday December 17, 2024 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with Pastor Dean Kuhn officiating. Interment will follow at South Webster Cemetery. Visitation will be 12 Noon to 1 PM prior to services on Tuesday.
