Jessie Anne Shuff Age 80 of Wheelersburg, died Thursday, December 9, 2010 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. She was born May 17, 1930 in Grundy, VA to Gordon and Loueasy (Justice) Rife. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. She was a waitress for over 20 years at Pop's Place in Wheelersburg. Jessie is survived by two sons, Rex (Jane) Shuff of Pasadena, TX, and Clint Shuff (Tammy) of Wheelersburg; one brother, Russell "R.D." (Linda) Rife of Grundy, VA; two sisters, Birchie Booten of Lavalette, WV, and Willie Blankenship (Cleve) of Johnson City, TN; two grandchildren, Adam Shuff and Andrea Shuff, both of Wheelersburg. She was preceded in death by her husband Lester in 2000, and many brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 11, 2010 at Wolfe-Nelson Funeral Home in Sciotoville.
