Jill Pierson Riffe, 78, of Portsmouth, formerly of Wheelersburg passed away Thursday January 26, 2023. She was born July 13, 1944 in Portsmouth. She was a former member of Christ United Methodist Church in South Webster and a very active educator having taught for the Bloom Vernon School District.

Jill was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Riffe  on August 9, 1990 and her parents, Frank L. Pierson and Jessie Belle Pierson.

Graveside Services will be 4:00 PM Monday February 6, 2023 at South Webster Cemetery with Pastor Ed Litteral officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in Sciotoville.  Online condolences may be sent to DWSwickFuneralHome.com
