Age 72 of South Webster, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus.  He was born on April 13, 1943 in South Webster to Jerry and Zolena (Arthur) McGlone.  For over 40 years he had a used car dealership in South Webster, Dave's Auto Sales.  He was a long time member of South Webster Wesleyan Church which was often referred to as "Dave's Church" where he was very active, serving as a board member and Deacon.  Dave enjoyed attending the Tuesday and Thursday auctions, going for rides, and loved spending time with his family.

Dave is survived by his wife of 51 years, Blanche; son, Johnny David McGlone (Laura Collins) of Wheelersburg; four brothers, Everett McGlone of Wheelersburg, Scott McGlone (Beverly) of Wheelersburg, Clarence McGlone (Mary) of South Webster, Lawrence McGlone of Lima; two sisters, Wanda Taulbee (James ) of Wheelersburg, Susan Myers of Worthington; three grandchildren, Jayven, Carrigan, and Amira McGlone.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Charlie and Frank McGlone; one sister in infancy, Mary McGlone.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at South Webster Wesleyan Church with Pastor Ronnie Rawlins and Herman Stewart officiating.  Interment will follow at South Webster Cemetery.  Friends may call on Wednesday from 4 – 7 p.m. at D.W.
