Age 75 of New Boston, passed away Monday September 26, 2016 at OSU Medical Center in Columbus. She was born May 10, 1941 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Virgil and Bennie Salyers Spriggs. Judy was a former nurse's aide and retired from Hill View in 2009. She loved spending time with her great-grandchildren.

She is survived by a son, Kenny Wiley of New Boston; a daughter, Dottie Wiley of Portsmouth; one brother, William Spriggs of Ironton; one sister, Dorothy Pierce of Portsmouth; two granddaughters, Kayla Wiley and Kendra (Josh) Holbrook; four great-grandchildren, Rilyn and Kensley Holbrook, Taylah and Tyler Caldwell. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Beryl and Jack Spriggs; a sister, Genevieve Buckley; and a great-granddaughter, Raegan Holbrook.

Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m Friday September 30, 2016 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Pastor Brian Holbrook officiating. Interment will follow at Old Wheelersburg Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in New Boston.
