Age 105, of Wheelersburg, passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at Concord Health and Rehabilitation Center in Wheelersburg. She was born on February 10, 1909 in Webster, PA to Simon and Maria (Sayanko) Fesh. Julia loved to garden in her spare time and was a member of First Christian Church in Wheelersburg.

She is survived by two sons, Robert E. Kelley of Sciotodale, C. Thomas Kelley (Nola) of Lucasville; one daughter, Rebecca Gring (Richard) of Utopia, TX; 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Julia was preceded in death by a son, William Charles, in infancy; 3 husbands, Harmon Kelley in 1953, Paul Cooper in 1966, Charles Truitt in 1989; 2 brothers; 4 sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at Wolfe-Nelson Funeral Home in Sciotoville. Interment will follow at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg.
