Kara Dawn Bailey, 39 of Wheelersburg died Friday June 27, 2014 at Concord Health Center. She was born September 15, 1974 in Portsmouth. Kara is survived by her mother, Janet (Ron) Ashley of Wheelersburg; a half sister, Tessa (Justin) Cooper of Portsmouth; a half brother, Seth Ashley of Wheelersburg; 2 step-sisters, Amie Ashley and Farrah Ashley both of Wheelersburg; aunts and uncles, Ann and Richard Powell of Minford, Ellen and Ed Miller of Sunbury and Bane and Bonnie Sylvia of Portsmouth. Kara was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Roger Bailey. Private services will be held at a later date. Cremation being handled by D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN SOUTH WEBSTER.
