Age 60 of Portsmouth passed away Tuesday March 15, 2016 at SOMC Hospice Center.  She was born September 6, 1955 in Portsmouth a daughter of the late Homer Rigsby and Lona Hall. She was a member of the Minford Nazarene Church, loved sewing, cooking and helping other people.

Kathy is survived by a son, James  (Gary) Harvey; a daughter, Renee (Henry) Roe all of Portsmouth; two sisters, Alice Summers and Maxine Carver both of West Portsmouth, a half sister, Tammy Hubbard of Perrysburg; a half brother, Roger Rigsby of Toledo; a sister in-law, Midge Rigsby; a special friend Elizabeth Parlin of Portsmouth; three grandchildren, Lena Harvey, Ryan Harvey and Austin Harvey. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Roy Rigsby and a sister, Eunice Mitchell.

Services will be 1:00 p.m Saturday March 19, 2016 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON  FUNERAL HOME in New Boston. Interment will follow at Scioto Burial Park. Visitation will be Saturday from 12 Noon to 1 p.m at the funeral home. Condolences to www.DWSwickNelsonFuneralHome.com.
