Katy Marie Phillips,58, of Wheelersburg passed away Friday April 17, 2015 at SOMC Hospital. Katy was born August 5, 1956 to the late Juanita Runion Little and Oscar Little.

She is survived by her husband Roger D. Phillips, a son Tommy (Jessie) Phillips of New York, two daughters Juanita (Keith) Holloway of Wheelersburg, Sabrina (Ben) Newell of Portsmouth, 2 sisters Barbara Dodson of Wheelersburg, Annie Church of Ransom, KY., 2 brothers Thomas Little of South Webster, Sonny Little of Portsmouth, 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a brother Ernie Little and a sister Stella Wolford; a grandson, Levi Holloway; a great-granddaughter, Maci Rae Ferrell.

Services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday April 21, 2015 at Unity Full Gospel Fellowship Church in New Boston with Pastor Richard Stiles officiating. Interment will follow at Siloam Cemetery. A wake will begin at 6 p.m. on Monday April 20, 2015 at the church and will continue until time of services on Tuesday. Arrangements are being handled by D. W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN NEW BOSTON.
