Kelly Jo Faulkner, 46, of Portsmouth passed away Friday, February 17, 2023 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born October 29, 1976 in Portsmouth to the late Walter L. And Judith A. (Andre) Faulkner. Kelly love watching the Wheelersburg Pirates play football, she also loved to fish and go roller skating.

Kelly is survived by a son, Kevin Meadows of Portsmouth; a sister, Michelle Charles (James) of Portsmouth; brothers, Terry Hughes (Kandi) of Delaware, Ohio, Mark Faulkner of Texas, Keith Faulkner of Ohio, and Mike Justice of Columbus; her boyfriend, Haskell Mills of Inez, KY; a special aunt Shelby Hughes she thought so much of; and several friends she thought of as family.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 2:00 PM at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in Wheelersburg with Pastor Aaron Reed Officiating.
