Kinsley Rana Ruggles, infant daughter of Haley Slusher and Kevin Shane Ruggles of Sciotoville, died at birth on September 5, 2023. Besides her parents she is survived by grandparents, Robin Lawson, J.C. Slusher, Kevin Ruggles, Tammy Jenkins and several aunts, and uncles.

Graveside Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday September 9, 2023 at Vernon Cemetery with Pastor Aaron Reed officiating. Arrangements are being handled by the D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in Sciotoville.
