Age 42 of Portsmouth, passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at SOMC in Portsmouth. She was born December 25, 1975 in Portsmouth to Stephen and Diana (Neeley) Stiltner. Kristi was a homemaker and former manager of Shoe Sensation. In her spare time, she enjoyed macrame, sewing, camping, traveling, and going to rock concerts.

Surviving are her daughter, Hayley Todd of Portsmouth; mother, Diana Stiltner of Portsmouth; sisters, Rachel Stiltner of Sciotoville, Tanya Delph of Cincinnati, and Rasha Ginn of Wheelersburg. She was preceded in death by her father, Stephen Stiltner and longtime boyfriend, Justin Todd.
