Lester L. Seitz, age 71, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at his home in Oak Hill , Ohio . He was born on August 15, 1942 to the late Beulah and Homer Seitz. In addition to his parents, Lester was preceded in death by his brothers Paul Seitz and Larry Seitz, his first wife, Beverly (Coleman) Seitz, and his wife Marilyn Joann (Shepherd) Seitz.

He is survived by his son, David (Angie) Seitz of Oak Hill as well as many other extended family members and friends.

As a young man, Lester served in the United States Army. He was retired from Goodyear. When he was in better health, Lester enjoyed square dancing and bluegrass music. Recently he enjoyed playing games on his computer. Lester had a great sense of humor. He will be deeply missed.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Friday July 25, 2014 at the Horeb Cemetery in Oak Hill , Ohio with military graveside honors . Services are under the direction of the D.W. Swick Funeral Home in South Webster, Ohio . In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Lester's memory to a charity of your choice.
