Age 90, went to be with the Lord Friday, December 20, 2019 at Rosemount Pavilion in Portsmouth. She was born April 16, 1929 in Portsmouth to William and Della Mae Bouts. Lillie was the fourth of eleven children, Carl, Charles, Avalene, Lillie, Paul, Roy, Shirley, Joyce, Kay, Donna, and Danny. She was a homemaker and a devoted Christian. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family including grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Bob (Robin) Bouts of NC; grandchildren, Andy (Beth) Bouts, Amber (James) Cicali; great-grandchildren, Abigail, Grady and Grant Bouts, Ava and Benjamin Cicali; sisters, Shirley Imm, Joyce (Lonnie) Crace, Kay McGee, Donna (Gregg) Barker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.
