Lilly Mae Cremeans, 89, of Sciotoville, passed away Tuesday May 6, 2025 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born August 24, 1935 in Midkiff, WV a daughter of the late Willie and Missouri Smith.

She was a child of 22 children, 4 sets of twins total, 2 sets of girls and 2 sets of boys. She enjoyed dancing, reading on her front porch, sewing, working crossword puzzles and listening to country music. She enjoyed traveling to different areas to see family and loved spending time with her animals.

Lilly is survived by a son, Michael (Stacy) Cremeans of Milton, FL; two daughters, Rose Marie (Benny) Blake of Hope Mills, NC, Lillie Rebecca Cremeans (Doug Gulley) of Sciotoville; two sisters, Ellie Pack and Nellie Allen both of East Liverpool, OH; grandchildren, Crystal Rowell, Chase, Marie, Benny, Chad, Brandy, Bradley and Mitchell along with several great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents she was also preceded in death by two sons, James Greco and Charles Cremeans.

Visitation will be 1 to 3 PM Saturday May 10, 2025  at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in Wheelersburg followed by funeral services at 3 PM. Private interment will take place at a later date.
