Age 60, passed away away on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at her home in Sciotoville. Born in Portsmouth on August 6, 1951, she was the daughter of Walter and Evelyn (Hanes) Holland. She was married to the late James L. Pack and worked for SOMC for over 30 years as a nurse's aide. Linda was a member of the Eagles, the Mooselodge, and American Legion Post 23 Auxiliary. She enjoyed cooking, traveling, and most of all spending time with her friends and family. She is survived by two sons, John (Nancy) Pack of Lexington, KY, Jimmy (Sarah) Pack of Portsmouth; five grandchildren, Travis, Sarah, Craig, Dustin, and Brody; and one brother, Bob (Marilyn) Holland of Sciotoville. In addition to her parents and husband, Linda was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Conroy and a brother, Walter "Jake" Holland. Funeral services for Linda Pack will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 28, 2011 at Wolfe-Nelson Funeral Home in Sciotoville. Interment will follow at South Webster Cemetery in South Webster. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, November 27 from 4 - 8 p.m. and on Monday one hour before the service.
