Lloyd Jessie Mason, 89 of South Webster, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018. He was born August 14, 1928 in Isonville, KY, a son of the late Jessie and Amy (Lester) Mason. Lloyd was a carpenter by trade and a member of Union Freewill Baptist Church. He enjoyed making furniture, playing cards and dominos, gardening, and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by one daughter, Theresa Chesmar and husband John of South Webster; a brother, Boyd Mason of Sandy Hook, KY; two grandchildren, Nathan (Erica) Booth and Terra (Beat) Niederoest; three great-grandchildren, Kylie, Amanda, and Matthew Booth. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Nannie Ferguson Mason; three brothers, Stony Mason, Kansas Mason, and Woodrow Mason; five sisters, Lillie Ridgeway, Hazel Mason, Ivy Kelley, Mae Damron, and Wanda Skaggs.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 19, 2018 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with Pastor Chris Oiler officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
