Loletta (Girlie) Watts, 54, of South Webster died April 1, 2011 at home, S he was born October 23, 1957, in Wooster, Ohio, a daughter of the late Chester Watts and Dorothy Neff Watts. She is survived by two sisters, Rose Borders (Rick) of Franklin Furnace and Mary Dillon of Sciotoville; two brothers Chester A. Watts and Richard E. Watts (Rose) both of Wheelersburg; one half-brother, two half-sisters and numberous neices and nephews. She was also preceded in death by an uncle, Hubert Watts. A special Thank you to the South Webster Fire Department, Life Ambulance, Country Angels Home Care and Susie Houston. Graveside services will be 2 PM Sunday April 3, 2011 at Vernon cemetery.
