Age 52 of Portsmouth, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at her home. She was born September 29, 1963 in Portsmouth to John "Frosty" and Thelma (Slack) Hale. Lora was a graduate of Wheelersburg High School and had a Bachelor's degree from Shawnee State University. She was the General Manager of Tim Horton's in Portsmouth, a position she had held since its opening. She was a member of the Eagles and attended Frederick Freewill Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and loved to spend time with her family.

Lora is survived by her mother, Thelma Hale; husband, Curtis Randolph; three sons, Curtis (Tracy) Randolph of Elyria, Jody Randolph of Portsmouth, Jeremy Randolph of Portsmouth; three daughters, Bernice (Johnnie) Martin of Elyria, Andrea (Jason) Crager of Portsmouth, Savannah (Zachary) Clay of Gallipolis; two brothers, Jeffrey (Yvonne) Hale of Sciotoville, Danny (Tara) Hale of Franklin Furnace; five sisters, Dianna Brunner of Wheelersburg, Sharon (Chris) Patton of West Portsmouth, Deana (Dave) Sutton of Wheelersburg, Kimberly (Bill) Radabaugh of Minford, Glenda (David) Watts of Wheelersburg; and eleven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, John Hale and her brother, Steven Hale.

Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. on Monday, July 25, 2016 at WOLFE-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in Sciotoville with Pastor Rusty Larter officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 - 12 before the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are preferred.
