Marcella Rawlins, 75 of Sweetwater, Tennessee, formerly of South Webster, passed away Friday, January 18, 2019 at her residence. She was born January 20, 1943 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Charles and Goldie (Munion) Justice. She attended The Old Country Church Tabernacle, loved reading her Bible, and crocheting.

Marcella is survived by two sons, Troy (Mary) Rawlins of Pickerington and Ralph Rawlins Jr. of South Webster; four daughters, Peggy (George) Capp of Sweetwater, TN, Wanda Rawlins of South Webster, Sheila (Scotty) Ratabaugh of Waverly, and Christine (Edwin) Pollock of Minford; two sisters, Ruth Anderson of Pomeroy and Helen of New York; 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 26, 2019 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with Pastor Bryon Carmon officiating.  Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
