A ge 53 of Portsmouth, passed away Monday, April 16, 2018. He was born April 18, 1964 in Ironton. Marcus spent four years in the U.S. Army serving as a Military Policeman. He was stationed in Turkey during the Gulf War.

Marcus was a member of The Portsmouth Laborers Union. He graduated from Green High School class of 1983. He enjoyed watching movies, TV, and was a fan of the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals.

Marcus is survived by his fiancé, Angel Pay; aunt and uncle, Judith and Roger Trusty of Ironton; cousins, Pastor Tim Jenkins of South Point and Dr. Jason Runyon of Ironton.
