Margaret Sarah Leach, 88, of Wheelersburg passed away Wednesday November 22, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born February 6, 1935, a daughter of the late Leslie and Florence Sapp. She was also preceded in death by her husband , William "Bill" Leach whom she married on June 5, 1952.

She was a member of Cedar Street Church of Christ in Christian Union, was the former owner of B&M Auto Sales and loved working for the Litteral Meat Packing Co. She enjoyed meeting her friends every day at McDonald's, crocheting and loved her family very much especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Margaret is survived by her children, Brenda Ashley, Debbie Pruitt and husband Leland, Bill "Butch" Leach and wife Karen all of Wheelersburg; Lisa Parker and husband Doug of Bushnell, FL; a brother Paul Sapp of Wheelersburg, 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her brothers Eugene, Dallas, Herb, Don and Ottis Sapp; sisters, Beulah Hauld and Louise Armstrong; a son-in-law Roger Ashley.

The family would like to give a special thanks to her caregiver Connie Buckler for her love and care provided to Margaret.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday November 28, 2023 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in Wheelersburg with Pastor Brad Angus officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Burial Park. Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 8 PM and one hour prior to services on Tuesday at the funeral home.
