Margaret F. Marion, age 78 of Portsmouth died January 26, 2017 at Concord Health Care Center in Wheelersburg She was born June 24, 1938 in Portsmouth to Eddie and Irene (Allen) Wilburn She was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing and shopping at thrift stores.

Margaret is survived by two sons, Bob Smith and girlfriend Zelma Moore of Blanchester, Tim Smith, (Sherry) of Portsmouth; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one brother, Willard Allen of Portsmouth; two sisters, Lucy Kania of Riverview, MI, Emma Daniels of Portsmouth; many nieces and nephews, including a special niece Rose Turner (James) of Eden Park, whom she helped raise.
